RECRUITMENT

Formal recruitment at UMSL is a wonderful opportunity for college women to find a home away from home. The recruitment process at UMSL is designed so that PNMs (potential new members) are placed where they fit best. The process of recruitment involves several rounds all held in the Century Rooms of the Millenium Student Center, and these rounds allow for prospective members to get a feel of what each sorority has to offer. PNMs spend several days getting to know the active members of each of the three sororities, and learning about philanthropy, academics, and sisterhood. Following these rounds of recruitment is Preference Day, which confirms each PNM's top choice of sorority. Formal recruitment concludes with Bid Day, which is an incredibly fun and lively day you get to spend with new sisters.
